浅谈“新课标”背景下音乐教育专业的舞蹈教学　 新的形势对教育在培养和造就我国21世纪的一代高素质新人方面提出了新的、更加迫切的要求;切实加强学校美育工作,是当前全面推进素质教育,促进学生全面发展和健康成长的一项迫切任务,因此,加快艺术教育是学校实施美育的重要途径和主要内容。我国是一个农业大国,85%以上的中小学校中有75%的中小学生在农村,而农村学校艺术教育若得不到根本改变,农村中小学生的整体素质就不能得到提高,全面推进素质教育就会落空。因此,加快农村学校艺术教育改革和发展的步伐,既是学校艺术教育自身发展的迫切需要,更是全面推进素质教育的迫切要求。国家音乐课程标准体现了我国基础音乐教育的改革和发展,贯穿着素质教育的思想,突出音乐课的审美价值、创造性发展价值、文化传统继承价值等一系列新的音乐教育价值观,它按照中小学生身心发展和审美认识规律,提出以音乐审美为核心,以兴趣爱好为动力,面向全体同学,注重个性发展,重视艺术实践鼓励音乐创造,提倡学科综合,弘扬民族音乐,理解多元文化,完善评价机制等崭新的教育理念;它用了一种新的设计思路,立足于学生对音乐学习方式的改变,关注学生创新与实践能力的培养,这不仅是人文精神的体现,同时也是以学生发展为中(本文共计1页)
