杜先生: 35岁,烟龄12年,日开始戒烟,至今未抽一根烟。

戒烟太难,
坚持不容易
有人说戒烟太难,难如登天,没有过人的意志和毅力抵挡不住尼古丁的诱惑;又有人说戒烟很简单,坚持戒烟,爱和鼓励缺一不可!
抵挡不住尼古丁的诱惑?为什么会想尝试吸烟?
35岁,烟龄12年
小时候看电视看到许男生都抽烟,感觉很帅。长大后自己自然而又跟着学起了抽烟。
40岁,烟龄20多年
从小就与烟结下“孽缘”。小时候刘先生家里的老爸抽烟,不少叔叔伯伯也会拿烟给他抽,久而久之对烟就习惯了,并没有认识到有什么危害。
28岁,烟龄13年
初三开始学会吸烟,现在算下来也有13年时间了!年轻的时候,因为觉得男人抽烟是件很有型,很酷的事情,所以走上了吸烟的道路。
想要戒烟,
“人的一生,总要成功那么几回,才不枉此生的嘛。”有时候,决心做成一件事,哪怕是戒烟成功,也会让人自豪。
是什么原因促使你想戒烟呢?

当初就是家人反对自己吸烟,孩子经常反对自己吸烟,久而久之就促成了自己戒烟的决心。

一次与朋友聚会时谈起吸烟的话题,一时心血来潮就跟朋友打赌说要开始戒烟“边个戒唔到烟,边个正衰仔!”

这次我是来真的
戒烟时,失眠、焦躁、体重增加、难以集中注意力等戒断反应,让人叫苦不迭。定力差的,早把「这次我一定要戒烟」的誓言抛到脑后去了。想要戒断烟瘾可不是一件简单的事,没有几件“秘密武器”真不行……
以前尝试过戒烟吗?戒烟过程中会复吸吗?
35岁,烟龄12年
进行戒烟的途中,若身边有其他人吸烟的话,还是会有点受影响。
40岁,烟龄20多年
以前,我也试过戒烟,不抽烟3个月,但是那时候朋友间的抽烟氛围严重,最终有位“损友”使坏说吸烟前三口没事,当时就信以为真,逐渐又重回吸烟的生活。
28岁,烟龄13年
刚开始的那段时间,确实难捱。很不习惯!有时候不自觉地手就会摆出吸烟的姿势。
戒烟时内心是否有过强烈的挣扎?一旦烟瘾上来了要怎么办?是用什么帮自己克服烟瘾的?
杜先生:戒烟需要氛围,我把自己戒烟的决定跟家人说了之后,一并劝说自己年近62的父亲,以及大伯和叔叔三人一起来保护家庭,戒断烟瘾。
最初,对计划成功的把握并不大,然而没想到的是,家里人一听到自己戒烟的计划,不仅表示支持,家里吸烟的父亲和大伯、叔叔也都以行动支撑自己,报名一起加入戒烟的队伍。四个人一起,齐心协力为了自己和家人的健康,互相监督。
在戒烟期间没有用任何药物或者零食作替代,用了差不多3个月的时间大家都把烟瘾戒断了。这大概是爱的力量吧!
刘先生:凡事事不过三,不轻松的戒烟经历让我更加坚定自己第二次戒烟要成功的决心。
戒烟的过程,那种痛苦是旁人无法想象的。每当看到旁人吸烟,内心都会有场争斗。
戒烟期间容易发胖,我就多运动,强身健体。每次运动完,整个人的精气神都好了很多,说不出的舒服,能很明显的感觉到如今的身体素质甩戒烟前几条街。连当初的那位“损友”也在不觉间被感染了,今年8月份的时候决心开始戒烟。
何先生:或许仅仅是因为爱面子,又或许是因为男人的自尊心与好强心作祟,自己当众撂的下狠话“边个戒唔到烟,边个正衰仔!”言犹在耳,每次想抽烟的时候,想着自己说过的狠话,便又忍了下来。一天天地,烟瘾终于慢慢得到了改善,也不再觉得不吸烟是多么难的一件事了。

吸烟没有安全剂量,吸入的每一支烟都会损害健康。戒烟需要毅力和恒心,成功的戒烟者也常常有失败的经历,所以即使戒烟失败也不要灰心。要避开吸烟者,以免受到他们的诱惑。只要开始戒烟,任何时候都不算晚,但是态度一定要坚决。
成功戒烟后,最想和大家分享的是什么?

戒烟后自己的肺功能有了明显的改善,以前抽烟时候咳嗽和痰都比较多,现在基本上没有这个问题。其实我很感谢主办方办了这么一个活动,给了我们一家人一个恢复健康生活的动力。
40岁,烟龄20多年
三十而立,四十而不惑。前半辈子糊涂,后半辈子就要开始醒悟了,毕竟往后还有大半辈子的精彩生活等着你呢。

这是链接 这是一份完整的戒烟档案,昨晚(2016年5月)擦了俄罗斯颈椎药膏,竟然一夜深深的睡眠,似乎好久没这么睡过了,好爽,一般写文章我就不做生意了,微信淘宝也爱理不理,除非直接拍下,,吃了一颗俄罗斯戒烟药,2小时一颗,三天后减量,2.5小时,3小时,4小时一颗,,,多次失败,我知道不能干戒,干戒搞不好就会出问题,,这个药不同于美国畅沛,畅沛有可能自杀,,,估计是尼古丁替代品,,其实不是,也算是,,,最后再尝试一把,,,因为昨天晚上去看电影,忘记带烟了,也就三个小时,就不愿意说话,傻呆呆的,脑子开始胡思乱想,我发现,尼古丁严重了,,写这篇文章的时候,我看到桌上的利群香烟壳子里还有一根烟,于是我把它点燃抽了,抽完为止,头晕乎乎的,云里雾里,好爽,这才是抽烟的享受吗, 5年前的每天一包半,到现在的每天2包,抽烟已经不是享受,而是在受罪,但你不得不受罪,,,戒烟前期对我而言抽一根根本无所谓,,心瘾小KS, 我关心的是身体的反应,失眠,焦虑,抑郁,自杀,我说戒烟就戒烟的,随时能够拔除心瘾,最多3天不难受,到第7天以后,我就开始讨厌香烟,这是4次戒烟的经验,,,真的,说戒就戒,,,从不犹豫,绝对“成功”,,这个利群是我抽了大约10年的香烟,我觉得他和中华一样,据说抽烟的人有偏好,吸惯哪一种香烟了,就对某一种有依赖,其余的哪怕是你几百元一包,也是不爽,何况几百元一包都是骗人的,,,,,, 我17岁开始抽烟,但有几年没抽,22岁重新开始抽,那个时候认为香烟可有可无,自己是没瘾的,混社会江湖,你不可能不碰烟酒女人,,现在想想非常后悔,为什么那个时候要染上香烟这个恶魔,,人生重来一次,我绝对不碰香烟,, 已经44岁了,,如何能够重来?抽烟会对牙周炎和劲椎都有影响,至于什么肺癌啥的就不说了,据说有医生手术开刀看到黑乎乎的肺,医生就戒烟了,而医生对病人说,你再不戒烟就关乎你的性命了,于是病人立马也就戒掉了,,许多人都说轻而易举的戒掉了香烟,我都觉得他们好神奇,, 可能也是运气,,,第一次戒烟8个月,碰到了一个很好的32岁的剩女,决定和她结婚,因为觉得抽完一根烟就必须嚼口香糖你才敢说话接吻,很不爽,为了健康,人生重新来一遍,决定戒烟,,,,,说戒就戒,那个时候桌子上还留着七八包香烟,我都视若无物,也就前三天难受,每天在昏睡中度过,,总之我是熬过来了,一个礼拜后,我见到香烟没感觉,闻到烟味我难受,,,好爽啊,口袋里不用放打火机和香烟,那种感觉,也太爽了,,身上也没有了大烟味,嘴巴开始舒服起来,再也没了这种讨厌的口气,再也不用考虑和别人开口说话前刻意遮掩嘴巴,或者偏向些,相信谁都闻到过那种口臭加烟味的男人说话多的恶心和讨厌,,,,可以了,法式舌深吻你爱几个小时就几个小时,甚至你可以让女孩咽下你的唾沫,,,, 没有烟的日子太爽了,,那真的不是一般的爽,浑身上下,从内到外都散发着成熟男人的浓浓气息,我估计将迷倒所有世界上的少妇和少女均不成问题,我终于戒掉了香烟,非常容易,轻而易举---简单的我自己都没想到,我觉得男人的第二春要来了, 而且是真的来了,,但是同时折磨开始 :戒烟的是时候是2013年春节,戒掉第八天,也就是初八还是初五,满心欢喜的飞到贵阳,再坐上去昆明丽江的火车,半夜四点莫民奇妙醒来,以为是高原反应,坐火车不习惯那种臭臭的味道,我也没在意,,,,,而在丽江的几个日夜,都是半夜醒来,一直睡不好,反正认为是高原反应,还是没有在意,,, 然后问题严重了,从一个礼拜开始到一个月,2个月,都是半夜三点或者4点早醒,醒来就再也睡不着,严重的时候,甚至睡一个小时,醒一个小时,再睡一会,再醒,,,很可怕的,那个时候,还是浅睡眠,你就会觉得如果谁给你睡一觉,给他最多的钱也愿意,,,, 而且。脾气变坏,,,,我开始喝酒,用酒来助睡眠,起到过作用,但再喝下去就不行了,结果就是导致,我现在有酒瘾了,每天一瓶红酒或者一瓶黄酒,或者半斤白酒小意思 -----我估计我得和酒一起戒。写到这里,想起柜子里还有半瓶绍兴老酒,先喝了它再写,, 呵呵,,,戒烟让我染上了酒瘾,2月份戒烟,这种情况持续了8个月,越来越严重,我记得有一次飞到郑州,喝了很多白酒,半夜口干醒来,再飞到深圳,也是半夜醒来, 这个嘴巴里啊,比抽烟还更加糊了大便似得, 很干很干,,,也不知道臭不臭,就别提泡妞了,,,,印象中,我只记得,睡一会醒一会,睡不好觉得感觉生不如死,,,,于是我开始各地看医生,浙江省最好的中医,黄牛100元挂号,身边带着10几个徒弟围在周围坐诊的那种白发老中医, 看了下,说是湿气啥的, 开了中药,吃吃没用,继续换中医,每到一个地方,我都去看医生,记得有个医生还给我开过速效救心丸和云南白药啥的,说我气滞血瘀,需要活血,,,,, 前三个月到半年,都是睡眠不好,越来越严重,口干,那个时候,要疯了,,,, 而且似乎在性功能上也出现了问题,,,, 6个月后情况开始严重,感觉心跳加快,有时候还会心口疼,就是突然那么一分钟,明显的感觉到心跳突突突突的加快了,,,,,天哪,咋回事啊,,,, 好希望有人陪伴,,,,,这第三个月到第八个月人开始逐渐陷入低潮,具体表现就是失眠,半夜醒来口干,非常容易发火,看什么事情都很悲观,觉得这个事情来不及了,人生没有意思了,对于事情和自己的未来充满担忧,你的脑子里面会为了一件事情转啊转啊,不停的想,不停的纠结,,,,,你让自己的脑子中始终充满兴奋,,,,,,发展到严重悲观的时候,有时候你甚至想结束自己的一生, 因为你有时候看到一扇高楼的窗户,有想跳下去的冲动,,,,,,最迫切需要人陪伴的时候,仿佛抓住了什么人都只要她肯拉我那就是我的救命稻草,,,,不至于吧,虽然我的人生受到了一点打击,但也不至于到这个地步啊,我是属于见多识广的人,可谓人生经验什么都经历过了,我也不至于为了这事脑子想不开啊,我百思不得其解,,,睡眠,心率快,悲观轻生,,,,,这种感觉痛不欲生,我找到了胡庆余堂的一位女中医,她听了我的描述之后,委婉的说: 不是说你有那个病,我建议你去神经病医院浙江第七人民医院看看,有可能是焦虑抑郁症,,,,,卧操,,,,百度了下,果然如此,坚定不移相信自己是抑郁症,于是赶往浙二医院精神科,这是专门治疗神经病的。毫无疑问,医生听到我诉说后好像还测试了了一些文字题目,做了一些检测,果断诊断为:焦虑症中度,抑郁症重度。建议马上住院治疗!!!! 我不愿意,反正开了一些药物,叮嘱我不要停,想自杀的时候打电话给他,,,吃的我每天昏昏沉沉睡觉,,睡了一个礼拜,一步没出门,,,吃到第九天,我觉得我不能这么下去去,因为我想租房西湖边住一段日子散心,网上认识了一位女心理医生,当她得知我在吃这个药的时候,立马让我停了,她说,这个药吃上就断不了了,你这一辈子都完蛋了,,,,我马上停掉,但是还是百思不得其解,即便是我碰到了人生重大变故,但也不至于如此悲观失望要自杀啊,,,,突然,我想到了戒烟,是不是戒烟对我产生的这些问题,,,我马上百度关键词,戒烟 失眠,自杀 ,,,,,,百度说了的,是的,反正戒烟有助于睡眠也是百度,失眠也是百度,现在想来,百度是个希奇古坏的东西,,,, 这8个月的问题,我尽然没有想到是戒烟的问题。我马上到楼下买了一包香烟,吸了2根,我妈妈呀,当夜我睡得舒舒服服,深深地睡眠,,,这一觉,让我给你一百万都可以,,,,,我知道,我对尼古丁依赖了,,,,,戒什么烟吗,戒烟本身为了健康,可是戒烟影响了我将近一年的身心健康,差点搞到了我要自杀的地步,,,,,去你妈的戒烟,,,抽吧,其实那个时候,我对香烟半点不想了,闻到烟味也讨厌,人都有心理脆弱期,在我最需要的时候,我的“未婚妻”没在我身边,于是我抛弃了内心不坚决的“未婚妻”, 自然而然,这位女心理医生成为我的下一任女友,,正式说下:我在2011年离婚,于是就开始了这神奇的五年和未来神奇的下半生,,,,,我觉得我迟早要写一写我的人生,我和女人们的故事,绝对可上天涯吸粉无数的连载小说啊,,, 复吸后烟量到了2包,原来1.5包、人生的状态又回到了之前,嘴巴大便一般,浑身烟味,自己都讨厌自己,,,,于是我又开始戒烟,,,但是有一点,复吸后的性功能超过了年轻20岁长达一年,但是我觉得这和吸烟戒烟无关,操,这才是第二春,绝对没想到的事情,,,, 但是我还是想戒烟,,非常想--因为没有烟的日子也很爽,,于是立马干戒掉,和以前一样,干戒,三天戒掉,7天不再难受,失眠心跳马上而来,,,,,,,于是停了,再抽,,,,,再来一次,还是如此,,一样的症状,再抽,,, 我能熬过的是心理,却熬不过身体的反应,,戒烟本来是为了身体,可这样是在摧残身体,,,,,, 我想再到第七人民医院的戒烟门诊看看,因为戒烟戒的我脾气古怪,它影响扫到了我的公司和事业,,,,,戒烟门诊的这个医生听我说了几句,打断我的话: “给你一种药,你先出去买一包烟抽着,保证你戒了,,,” 后来想来,他没空听我讲病情,只想卖他的药,拿他的提成,很不负责任,,,, 注意这种药会导致部分人自杀,于是我出去买了一包中华,晕晕乎乎的吸上了,好爽,,,,, 5分钟搞定,拿了800元的药出来,, 好像是德国的还是美国啥的,畅沛啥的似乎,总之很神奇,吃了这个药和现在这个药吃的一样, 吃药了,就不要吸烟了,但是结果还是老样子,失眠,心跳加快,悲观马上来了,,,, 总之我还是抽了,,因为熬不过身体的反应,还是那句话,-----戒烟本来是为了身体,可这样是在摧残身体,,,,,,如此反复又戒了三次,最多一个月,最少一个礼拜,发现问题来了,我就停下,重新开始抽烟,抽了就没有问题,不抽问题就来了,一想到这样的问题将会持续8个月,越来越严重,这阴影可怕,,,,,,,干脆,我不戒烟了,抽吧,,,,,,以下是我2013年戒烟的详细记录:2月戒烟

整个戒烟复吸过程,同时在进行着人生最重大的变故,所以我戒烟失败,再次戒烟,我认为如果类似情况再次出现2个月我可以承受,但是半年那是绝对对身体有伤害。这次如何 ??拭目以待。 从2013年戒烟失败,我又继续抽了3年,今天2016年5月突然又开始讨厌香烟了,说戒就戒,买了一版俄罗斯戒烟药,吃了一颗, 随后看到香烟壳里还有一根香烟,顺便点燃抽到海绵脚,再喝上一杯酒, 有了这药,似乎第一天没那么难受,有吸烟念头,,稍微敖下,也就过了,注意下:我不是为了任何一种戒烟药做广告,这个戒烟其实我认为没有好办法,最正确的就是每天减少一根,,,直到减到一根到不抽,,我不知道这次戒烟会不会成功,戒烟第一天抽一根,没啥,正确的戒烟方法,是从40根每天减少一根,每过一天,就减少一根,一天天减下来,到最后每天抽几根,直到不再抽, 一步步减少身体对尼古丁的依赖性,我觉得我似乎做不到,说戒就戒,我每次轻而易举,但要我一天天减少,只会增多,这需要太大的诱惑和毅力了。。所以这次看看这个戒烟药是怎么样的吧,,戒烟本来是为了身体,但如果是在摧残身体,我就不戒了。抽死拉倒,有位医生和我说过,如果你戒不了,身体要出现强烈反应,你就不要戒了,少抽就是,,, 有人说,戒烟后会发胖,会出现各种毛病,甚至绝症,,,,, 我相信,因为我亲身体会到了,,,, 但是我还是想戒烟,我非常后悔我年轻时候接触了香烟这个恶魔。接下来,我详细写下我戒烟每一天的感受,但还是那句话,戒烟本来是为了身体,如果戒烟在摧残身心,我就停止,我和别的人戒烟不一样,对于心瘾戒断我轻而易举, 最怕的是身体反应,失眠,心率加快,焦虑 抑郁,,乃至自杀念头,,这回是替代戒断,其实也就是慢慢戒断,,反复戒烟复吸让我多吸了半包,还让我染上了酒瘾,,我非常恨香烟, 年轻人,能不碰香烟绝对不要碰,不然,就是像我一样,想戒烟的时候,长达8个月的身心摧残,失眠,心快,焦虑,抑郁,自杀,,,,,,看看这一次的反应, 我每天补充修改增加文字,,戒烟吗,总要找点事情做做,,,日开始戒烟,正式是第二次,大大小大不知道是第几次, 第一天戒烟:
早上9点起来,先吃一颗戒烟药,想抽烟,于是吃早饭,吃完看到一包香烟里还有一根,干脆把他拿出来抽了,心瘾我不怕,怕的是戒断后身体反应,这一根烟抽的我很爽,晕了,, 11点再吃了一颗,还想抽,稍微忍下意念也就过去了,2点钟再吃了一颗,已经不想抽了,然后4点再吃一颗,6点再吃一颗,这戒烟药挺好,不过现在为它做广告为时过早,戒断不抽对我来说很容易,三天解决问题,但是戒断后的失眠抑郁可不是小事,,,一个月后,2个月后再见分晓,今天还剩下一颗,我觉得应该到晚上9点,10点吃,, 为了维持睡眠,,, 如果这个药有效,推广来卖,我查下了,不是俄罗斯的。不是尼古丁替代品,是抑制烟碱的,,,
绝对不是戒烟广告,戒烟药我吃的太多了,没啥用,一切看后面是否真正戒掉 第二天戒烟
昨晚睡觉正常,睡得很死,怀疑这个药也有关系,感觉头有点沉,总觉得对脑子有点伤害, 早上起来10点吃第一棵,12点第二颗,快到4点第三课,6点第四颗, 8点第五颗,有点拖了吃药,,似乎没没啥,我想了想, 第六颗我没吃,因为没有吸烟的欲望, 一点吸烟欲望没有 非尼古丁替代品 一切正常! 我查了下,是一种叫做金雀花的东西啊, 同样是第二天,晚上2点半的时候我醒来了,口开始有点干,可怕的戒断症状来了??还是药物的反应??这个戒烟药我看了下是保加利亚生产,含有金雀花,不是尼古丁替代,而是一种抑制,让大脑产生错觉,阻断尼古丁,其副作用包括恶心、呕吐或睡眠问题,------无论是戒烟还是药物问题,总之我的失眠来了,我2:40分起来打开电脑打下了这段话,, 我开始害怕了,不是为了吸烟寻找借口,我非常想戒掉它,而且我不需要戒烟药的帮助,我也能戒掉,我试过四五次,每次戒烟,可怕的失眠问题就来了,因为第一次戒烟8个月导致的失眠,焦虑,抑郁,,,, 长达8个月,弄怕我了,,,,,, 这是最后一次戒烟尝试,我不愿意放弃,,,第三天戒烟 : 第三天,9点开始吃第一颗,每隔2个小时吃一颗,准点,走了1万步,反正没有半点吸烟欲望,强调一次,这个不重要,我不需要药物,干戒也可以戒掉,但就是有戒断反应,不是想吸烟,而是失眠,焦虑,抑郁,, 今天有点故事了,中午喝了半瓶黄酒,晚上就找就找酒喝,最后米酒2杯,看到网络文章戒烟的危害,可能会中风什么的,加上我以前多次的经验,反正我晚上吸烟3根,谈不上享受,吃最后一颗药是9点, 抽完三根,睡觉,嘿嘿,我抽了三根,,,, 第四天戒烟
这一觉睡的很爽,其实前几天也是爽的,睡到7点起来撒尿,继续赖床,一直到午后13点才起床,没有吸烟欲望,一点也不想,我也没有吃药,1点钟叫了一个烧鸭饭吃了,看着桌子上那包烟,有想抽一根的冲动,没抽,转而吃了今天的第一颗药, 今天真的有些奇怪,这么爱睡觉,而且没吃药都不想吸烟 那就看看《这本书能让你戒烟》的手机天涯小说吧,,,,,
