鲁ICP备号-1生活中好多人问我类似“推荐一瓶好喝的酒给我吧”这样的问题，其实接到这种问题时宝宝心里是很苦的。。。范畴实在是太大，每个人的口味太不同。&br&&br&就比如，朋友有次来我家，给她喝了个我自认为是那段时间最符合我口味的酒，口感比较有力。结果她喝了一口一脸嫌弃地跟我说，太苦太涩不要不要！之后她再叫我推荐酒我就明白了，直接推荐了一瓶上课时同学拿来当反面教材超市售价$10的偏甜红酒。果不其然，她第二天跟我说这酒真的太好喝了。&br&&br&这个故事告诉我，好喝很主观。不擅长找自己喜欢且好喝的酒的朋友们，一般都是对各种酒不那么关注的，且对自己的口味并不了解。此时掉书袋就是耍流氓啊！&br&&br&所以日常生活怎么去找好喝的葡萄酒，最关键的是你要明白自己到底喜欢什么口味。有的人这辈子都不会且不想欣赏陈年老酒所谓“复杂厚重”的口味，就跟有的人这辈子都不乐意喝偏甜葡萄酒一个道理，没有更高级，只有更适合。&br&&br&初学者其实很适合先盯着那么一两个喜欢的葡萄种类喝，所以我会推荐一两个符合口味的葡萄品种，这样他们去餐厅也可以轻松自在地跟服务生交流，初步解决不知道怎么点酒的困扰了，一举两得。&br&&br&我一般会问对方这几个问题，大家也可以自己问问自己：&br&1. 你喜欢白的还是红的&br&2. 甜的还是酸的&br&3. 口味清淡还是口味厚重的&br&4. 带气的还是不带气的&br&5. 特殊需求&br&&br&以下是多种（最）常见且适合初学者的葡萄种类（最）简略概括，大家可以找自己喜欢的感觉：（括号里是我自己对他们的个人感受，一直很喜欢把他们看成一个个性格不同的人，仅供参考）&br&&br&&u&红：&/u&&br&1. Merlot：酸度适中，果味偏重，一般较顺滑，口味适中（大家闺秀）&br&2. Cabernet Sauvignon： 酸度高，口味厚重（霸道总裁）&br&3. Pinot Noir：酸度较高，红色水果味（例如樱桃草莓），口味较淡（小家碧玉）&br&4. Syrah（此为法国，澳洲为Shiraz）：酸度较高，果味适中，口味厚重（法国老学究或者澳洲绅士）&br&5. Grenache：酸度适中，红色水果味，口味中等（轻熟女）&br&6. Malbec：酸度适中，黑色水果味重（例如黑莓黑加仑），口味较重，有些带花香（闷骚男）&br&&br&&u&白：&/u&&br&1. Riesling: 可酸可甜，甜款自带酸度中和所以不齁甜，蜂蜜柠檬味（百变女神）&br&2. Gewurtztraminer：酸度适中或偏甜，口味较淡，清爽（邻家女孩）&br&3. data-original=&https://pic2.zhimg.com/v2-695c1ed7c655db3bb5c42_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&5月3日和4日，美国由财政部长姆努钦、商务部长罗斯、美国贸易代表莱特海泽、白宫国家经济委员会主任库德洛、贸易顾问纳瓦罗、美国驻华大使布兰斯塔德和白宫国家经济委员会幕僚艾森斯塔组成的豪华谈判代表团来北京和中国进行贸易谈判，我方是副总理刘鹤带队。&/p&&p&我们很多人都关心，究竟谈的如何，中国和美国会不会彻底走上对抗的道路?&/p&&p&在此之前，我们先看下美国商务部统计的对华贸易结构。&/p&&p&我们只要记住，2017年美国对中国出口的三大件就可以了：飞机，汽车，大豆。&/p&&p&&b&其中飞机占16.3%，大豆占12.4%，汽车占10.6%&/b&。&/p&&p&而中国对美国出口最大宗商品是电子产品，占了26.9%，这也不奇怪，毕竟中国是世界电子产品制造中心，苹果的手机，平板，笔记本电脑就是中国出口美国的最大宗电子产品。&/p&&p&另外中国还出口家具玩具，占了出口总额12%，还有纺织品，占出口总额的9%。&/p&&p&下图来自中信证券市场研究部。&/p&&p&&br&&/p&&figure&&img the trade relationship between the united states of Americaand the people’s republic of China”&/p&&p&平衡中美之间的贸易关系。从这个标题上来看，似乎这次中美交锋的核心就是贸易战。&/p&&figure&&img deficit with China by ensuring thatChina’s market is open to United States traders and investors on a fair andnon-discriminatory basis.”。&/p&&p&&b&需要立即减少美国对中国的贸易赤字，确保中国市场在公平和非歧视的基础上，对美国的出口商和投资者开放。&/b&&/p&&p&&b&一个是减少贸易赤字，一个是中国市场开放。&/b&&/p&&p&&br&&/p&&p&另外，美国人认为美国之所以对中国赤字那么高，是因为中国市场对美国的贸易商有歧视，不公平。美国人很有意思，只字不提三件事：&/p&&p&1：自己禁止向中国出口高科技产品:。&/p&&p&2：大量美国芯片是在台湾制造，然后从中国台湾出口到中国，这其实也算是美国对中国的出口。&/p&&p&3：中国对美国的出口最大宗的电子产品，主要是苹果，戴尔，惠普等的电子设备，中国本土的电子品牌在美国有一定份额的只有联想和中兴，但是远不如美国品牌占有率高，而这些美国品牌主要都在中国制造。&/p&&p&所以中国的经济学家们，一再指出美国对中国逆差连续创新高，是因为美国自身的经济结构原因，就是这个道理。&/p&&p&中国每年大量购买美国的芯片，但是美国人自己要把芯片交给中国台湾代工，苹果公司，高通公司的芯片都在台积电代工生产，自然不能算进中美贸易里面，这不是中国的问题。&/p&&p&美国人自己选择芯片生产在台湾，品牌制造在大陆，这显然不是中国大陆的问题，这还是因为美国本土去工业化的结果。&/p&&p&但是不管怎样，美国人是世界霸主，有任性霸道的能力，&/p&&p&所以接下来是第一个条款：&/p&&p&&b&Section1TRADE DEFICIT REDUCTION&/b& &b&减少贸易赤字&/b&&/p&&p&英文原文是这样的：&/p&&p&“China commits to work with Chineseimporters to engage in trade transactions to achieve targets to which theParties agree.&/p&&p&中国承诺和中国进口商一起促进进口，来满足中美达成的协议。&/p&&p&These transactions are specificallydesigned to reduce the United States-China trade deficit by $100 billion in thetwelve (12) months beginning June 1, 2018,&/p&&p&从日开始的12个月以内，中国需要减少1000亿美元的对美贸易顺差&/p&&p&and an additional $100 billion in thetwelve (12) months beginning June 1, 2019, such that the U.S. trade deficitwith China will have decreased compared to 2018 by at least $200 billion by theend of 2020.&/p&&p&从日开始，中国继续在12个月以内减少第二个1000亿美元的对美贸易顺差，也就是到2020年底共计减少2000亿美元的顺差。&/p&&p&China’s purchase of U.S. goods willrepresent at least 75% of China’s commitment to a $100 billion increase inpurchases of U.S. exports for the twelve months beginning June 1, 2018, and atleast 50% of China’s commitment to an additional $100 billion increase inpurchases of U.S. exports in the twelve (12) months beginning June 1, 2019.&/p&&p&从日-日新增进口 1000 亿美元中，至少 75%是购买美国商品；中国承诺，自 2019 年 6 月 1 日开始的第二个 1000 亿美元，至少 50%是购买美国商品。&/p&&p&-----&b&宁南山&/b&：这个第一条就充满了美式霸气，当年中国签订不平等条约的时候，无非三项：割地，赔款，出让主权。美国人要求中国在两年多时间内就新增2000亿美元进口，这显然是不合理的。为什么呢，本来中国确实需要增加进口一些美国产品，比如农产品，比如能源天然气，比如电子芯片，因此中国在未来两年是可以通过增加进口这些产品来达到双赢的，但是无论如何也达不到2000亿美元的地步。&/p&&p&要知道2017年中国从美国进口才1303.7亿美元（美国商务部数据），&/p&&p&要是达到美方目标，那就是2019年中国进口额要达到2300亿美元，2020年进口额要达到3300亿美元。而且这还是在中国对美国出口不增加的前提下。&/p&&p&在没有需求的情况下逼迫中国买美国东西，本质上就是要求中国送钱，这和赔款没什么区别。&/p&&p&&b&另外，中国海关自己的统计，2017年中国出口顺差总共才4225.4亿美元，对美国减少2000亿美元顺差，等于把中国50%的出口顺差消灭了，这将大大拖累中国经济发展。&/b&&/p&&p&&b&所以第一条，中国不可能做的到，也不可能达成共识，&/b&唯一的共识是，我可以多买你的农产品，集成电路，能源天然气等等，但是不可能达到2000亿美元。&/p&&p&&b&然后是第二条：保护美国知识产权&/b&&/p&&p&SECTION 2 PROTECTION OF AMERICAN TECHNOLOGYAND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY&/p&&p&这一条先是指责中国的法律，法规，实践和行为损害了美国知识产权，创新和技术进步。&/p&&p&所以中国需要做到以下几点：&/p&&p&(a) China immediately will cease providingmarket-distorting subsidies and other types of government support that cancontribute to the creation or maintenance of excess capacity in the industriestargeted by the Made in China 2025&/p&&p&中国立即停止对中国制造2025扭曲市场的补贴和其他形式的政府支持，因为这样可能会造成这些行业产能过剩。&/p&&p&&b&-------宁南山&/b&：这一条不可能达成共识，停止补贴和政府支持是不可能的，中国制造2025是中国的国家计划，美国试图让中国从该计划退出，这是不可能的事情。&/p&&p&很多产业是资金密集型产业，没有政府支持几乎不可能做起来。&/p&&p&有意思的是，美国人自己同样对制造业进行各种补贴，我国玻璃大王曹德旺在美国设厂就获得了税收减免和廉价土地。&/p&&p&2015年6月，《洛杉矶时报》报道，美国商界传奇人物Elon Musk旗下的特斯拉、SolarCity和SpaceX共获得大约49亿美元政府补贴。&/p&&p&《洛杉矶时报》统计了各类政府激励措施，包括补贴、税收减免、工厂建设、贴现贷款和零排放积分。另外还统计了针对太阳能电池板和电动汽车消费者的税收抵免和退税。&/p&&p&例如Solar In furtherance of these principles, Chinawill issue an improved nationwide negative list for foreign investment by July1, 2018. Within ninety (90) days of the date on which China issues thisnegative list, the United States will identify existing investment restrictionsthat deny U.S. investors fair, effective and non-discriminatory market access andtreatment.
