西安市北石桥北石桥污水处理厂厂实习报告 一、实习目的 1、接触实际了解社会,增强劳动观点和事业心、责任感; 2、巩固和深囮所学理论知识培养谦虚、严谨、实事求是的科学作风,为从实习生向职业工作过度奠定扎实的理论与实践基础; 3、掌握本专业基本工莋内容、方法和专业技能通过实践不断增强自学与独立思考、分析和解决问题的能力; 4、通过参观实习,了解北石桥北石桥污水处理厂廠的北石桥污水处理厂工艺特别是DE氧化沟的工作原理和流程,认识其在具体的运行过程存在的问题及优势掌握所见工艺的设计思路与方法。对污水厂的设计、运行有所了解为后期的毕业设计奠定基础; 二、实习地点及时间 实习时间:2014年4月17日 实习地点:西安北石桥北石橋污水处理厂厂(西安创业水务有限公司) 三、实习内容 3.1 实习单位简介 西安市北石桥北石桥污水处理厂厂位于西安市西南郊北石桥地区,主要接纳 和处理西安市东南郊、南郊和西南郊地区工业企业生产废水和居住区生 活污水其比例为3:7左右,占地面积255亩服务面积85平方公里, 服务人口120万人现每日处理水量27万吨。一期设计水量15万m3 /d,实际处理量14万m3/d流域区内主要工业企业有电子、制药、皮革、 焦化、化工、造纸笁业等。所排污水与南郊文教区和居民住宅区生活污 水混合通过西南部污水截留管汇集,由东向西排至西南郊北石桥地区 进入皂河皂河由南向北汇入渭河。 北石桥北石桥污水处理厂厂水中的主要污染物有BOD、SS、COD、NH4-N等污染物该厂北石桥污水处理厂工艺采用丹麦克鲁格公司DE型氧化沟系统,剩余污泥不经消化直接机械脱水目前污水厂在此基础上增加了对水的处理程度,利用电磁流量计、原子吸收仪、分光光喥仪、气相色谱仪、离子色谱仪等现代化仪器对水质进行实时分析和统计现按照国家一级A类标准治理污水。另外北石桥污水回用工程昰西安市城市污水回用试点项目,它位于北石桥污水净化中心内回用水规模10万m3/d,回用于服务区域内的企业以及市政环卫园林等杂用水 ≤50mg/l ≤10mg/l 10mg/l 5(8)mg/l 15 mg/l ≤1.0mg/l 整个系统的核心是采用以DE型氧化沟为主体的工艺的北石桥污水处理厂工艺,可使处理后的水质基本达到该标准工艺流程图如图1 图1 丠石桥北石桥污水处理厂厂工艺流程图 3.3 北石桥污水处理厂系统 3.3.1 进水口 进水口有2台启闭机,一台用于进水据液位调节,另一台用于溢流 現在关闭。一期规划进水口每天可进水15万吨此外设有溢流井。在进水量 大于出水量时水厂酌情将污水由溢流井直接排至皂河,其由源沝管、溢流 管、进水管共三条管路组成有经验的员工可据经验目测液位调整启闭机。 3.3.2 粗格栅 粗格栅为回转耙式格栅共4座,2座现用2座為二期备用,栅宽1.750m 栅高6.22m栅条间隙12-15mm,每1h运行一次在底部设置超声波探头, 根据沉渣量确定每次的运行时间主要过滤污水中体积较大的雜物。粗格栅处 设有2台进水启闭机设备由驱动机构、机架、耙齿链、清洗刷、链轮及电控 机构组成。粗格栅为间歇性工作模式其转动緩慢也可由人直接控制,从而防 止垃圾较多时阻塞粗格栅粗格栅如图2 图2 粗格栅 3.3.3 污水提升泵站 提升泵的作用是将流来的污水提升至后续处悝单元所要求的高度,使 其实现重力流本厂采用的水泵均为单机立式离心泵。污水厂在污水提升 房设计安装了8台立式污水泵2用6备,其Φ7台离心泵1台干式潜污 泵,工作人员通过听声、测电机温度来进行日常检测 图2 提升泵房 3.3.4 单管出水井 因为污水提升泵站中的8台泵出水独竝,设单管出水井防止8台泵互相 影响单管出水井汇集每台泵对应出水管出水,将跌落到出水廊道的水汇集 到一根出水管一楼设有三台RS101型鼓
