先吃清鸡汤，以食鸡为主，然后拿那个原汁清汤，去加料再滚，粉丝鸡毛菜之类，
煮煮又是热气腾腾一锅，吃起来皆大欢喜，荤素齐备，很尽兴。
我是保守那一派的，只懂得欣赏清鸡汤，非常不耐烦鸡汤里混杂上乱七八糟一大堆东西，喧宾夺主成何体统。
从前家里老人病弱，端上去的那碗千锤百炼的鸡汤，如果不是清的，几乎是要被视作儿女不孝的。
鸡汤一定要清澈，才有那股馥郁高香，这种香，跟咖啡一样，一旦被搅散搅浑了，东西吃起来就没劲了。
所以，我比较钟情正派的鸡汤，歪门邪道的杂锅乱炖冒牌鸡汤，谢谢，我就不喝了。
我也深深热爱鸡汤上浮起的那层黄澄澄的鸡油，一碗清鸡汤，要是看不见这层赛似蜜蜡般美丽的鸡油，那还算什么正经鸡汤？
怕老怕胖怕癌怕鸡油的健康分子，干脆跟鸡汤说永别算了，省得每一次面对一碗鸡汤，都要天人交战百般苦下决心。
煮鸡汤，一点秘诀都没有，只有一条要则：找好鸡，鸡不好，纵有再精深博大的厨艺，也无济于事的。
上好母鸡洗净切大件出净水，记得是切大件，切太碎了，很不舒服的。
拿大锅耐心炖足90至120分钟，中途不要开盖不要添水不要断火。
我煮鸡汤，连酒和葱都不落，只落姜片，酒和葱都会改变鸡汤的纯净颜色，我嫌龌龊，一概不用。
家里常煮的一款鸡汤，有一点点违背清鸡汤的原则，我放白果一起炖，
白果非常君子，一不混色，二不混味，煮成的白果鸡汤原汤原色原香，而白果添的，是缠绵悱恻的柔糯跟滋补。
只是这个白果鸡汤，剥白果的功夫真真费力透顶，用冷冻的白果吗？呵呵，不行的啦，完全不是那么回事情了啦。
在我家里喝过白果鸡汤的客人，大多赞不绝口，而且一般都是一人一碗，要添都没有的，常常有客人意犹未尽朝我乱翻白眼。
而我依稀记得，第一次邂逅这个白果鸡汤，是隆冬天气去寒冷的山里旅行，
夜晚孤清的山村小铺里，直接跑去灶下看看有什么暖身食物，有一款山药排骨汤，还有一款白果鸡汤，在柴火灶下娓娓炖了很久。
我们什么也没吃，就喝了那两锅汤，山里的汤，滋味格外悠长浓郁，叫人好生难忘。
再后来去任何山里旅行，我都记得带些山里的野生白果回来，闲时在家，慢慢剥，慢慢炖鸡汤，补补自己，补补家人和友人。

小小的沙漏很可爱，饮料和甜点还不错。虽然长了不是太美貌。
主食就不谈了，看着小锅子不小，其实非常浅，所见即所得，几筷。
味道也不好，太咸，尤其是三杯鸡，要不是我点的，真吃不出是啥肉。
原价真不便宜，一份蟹黄豆腐50。据说还是招牌菜。雷翻！
下次周一去，直接点点饮料、点心，倒是不错。

无数人在玩电脑、手机，还有打牌、睡觉的，闲聊的声音此起彼伏。
隔壁的那个小姑娘，在写寒假作业？—— 显然家长培养孩子，走的是毛主席城门读书的路线。
这种凌乱的休闲，不是我喜欢的类型 ——
我属于那种，对咖啡杯的要求比咖啡高的人。
