Alberto Alemanno is a legal scholar, a civil advocate and - due to his desire to disseminate and popularize the results of his research - a social innovator (www.eLabEurope.eu). He is currently Jean Monnet Professor of Law at at HEC Paris and Global Clinical Professor at NYU School of Law where he is the Faculty Director of the HEC-NYU Regulatory Policy Clinic. He is also a scholar at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center. He is a qualified attorney at law in New York.
Originally from Italy, Alemanno is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the College of Europe, and and holds a PhD in International Law and Economics from Bocconi University.
He is one of the leading experts in the areas of EU law and policy, risk regulation and global health and is an emerging public interest lawyer. Alemanno regularly provides advice to a variety of organizations, such as the World Health Organisation, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, the European Parliament, as well as governments across the world on various aspects of European Union law, WTO law and international health law. He has published extensively in the areas of EU law, risk regulation and global health, including the books Trade in Food – Regulatory and Judicial Approaches in the EU and the WTO (Cameron May, 2007), Governing Disasters – The Challenges of Emergency Risk Regulation (Edward Elgar, 2011), Better Business Regulation in a Risk Society (Springer, 2013), Foundations of European Food Law & Policy – The First Ten Years of the European Food Safety Authority (Ashgate, 2013). His latest book is titled Regulating Lifestyle Risks - Europe, Alcohol, Tobacco and Unhealthy Diets (Cambridge University Press, 2014 - with Amandine Garde). He is the founder and editor of the European Journal of Risk Regulation.

I am an Equine Trainer, Coach and Lecturer, who has been working with horses and ponies with problems all over the UK for over 37 years, with a success rate beyond most in the field. I have never worked with a horse that hasn't responded to my way of training, whether it be a ridden problem or one on the ground (in-hand). My work can spread across a whole spectrum of the Equine Sport Industry including show jumping, eventing, and dressage or just behaviour issues for the privately owned pet, helping the animals and owners solve any problems they may have in whatever particular field that may be. Also any in hand problem such as too strong in the hand to loading and travelling problems. I have also been called out in the past by the Fire Brigade to help with horses in trouble on roads or in difficult positions.
I have also used a similar training for other animals with success and in the process of training a number of dogs in obedience and others with behavioural issues.
