& &没想到现在爱卡的贴名限制成30个字符了，弄的我好不容易想的一个拉轰的名字没用成，此贴主要为感谢大家对我《火花塞【选择、优劣、安装、清洗】全攻略》一文的支持，顶了三百多楼了，所以不能食言，本周奉上“进气、燃烧、排气”系统积碳全清洗的拙作

onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" /> & && & 现在的车和车之间的差别说白了也就是个发动机和波箱，清洗积碳有助于发动机系统的健康，我个人认为，一般1年或2-3万公里，应该清洗节气门；2-3年或5-7万公里可以洗洗喷油嘴、三催化，并洗洗油路；4-5年或10万公里，可以参考我这样大洗一次了。（以上为个人意见，仅供参考，并请注意我的用词）
& & 当然，你的车一直不洗也坏不了。就像我去问别人“洗三元催化吗”，连问两个修理厂，包括本地4S，都说“没这业务，我们从来不洗都是直接换”。4S换个三元一般2000，但是你只要适时清洗，我敢拍胸脯你车报废或换车之前它绝对不会坏。自己洗（我到修理厂无非也就是需要他们抬下车）的成本不到10块，何乐而不为？
& & 当然，东西不坏，只是有点堵塞，无非油耗什么的稍微高一点点，不影响正常使用。 & & & & 这里反驳一个观点：“车是修坏的不是开坏的”。清洗积碳是属于保养，不属于维修，即使是我下文提到的最猛的清洗燃烧室，也比大修发动机好十倍，即使是大修发动机，它的一个重要事项也是清洗积碳。我的“作业”属于“免拆清洗维护”。
& & 但也要注意的是，不是很懂车的朋友最好不要DIY，拆零件后要注意垫圈是否完好，并涂好黄油密封。不要迷信什么都“非4S做不可”，比如洗节气门，4S一般都不拆，并说拆了不好什么的吓你，主要是嫌费时间，给你简单喷两下然后收不低于200的钱，大家可以自己去百度下，还有在4S洗个节气门花五六百、乃至上千的，真笑死我了。在一般的机修店，一百块钱直接给你拆洗了。（本人亲自对比过，节气门在4S喷洗后再到机修店拆洗，不拆掉喷洗真的洗不干净）。很多简单的东西，包括下文清洗燃烧室我也是借鉴了下别人的攻略然后自己第一次动手，也很成功。这也是我写此文的目的，简单的事大家自己动动手，你会品尝那久未得到的成功的快感！

二、清洗节气门
& & 节气门清洗坛子里已经有很多大大已经写过了，这也是最常见，也是保证发动机良好状况最有效的方式，建议到放心的机修店做，费用100+左右。更好拆，朋友们可以自己DIY，原理一样。我以我的老科为例。

PS:老科节气门清洗完后不需要匹配，新款的科可能需要匹配。卸节气门时注意下垫片，要切合紧密。还原时在专业人员的指导下抹些黄油搞好密封。
三、洗喷油嘴
& && & 洗喷油嘴建议大家找专业人士，因为洗的时候需要过电打开油嘴，反正发动机盖也卸了，过会还要洗燃烧室，所以顺便洗下最好，卸也很好卸，只需卸掉固定它的几个螺丝。不洗易发生的问题：油耗高、怠速抖、冬天不易启动等……

四、清洗燃烧室 & && &这部分大家平时可能注意的不多，不到一定的里程数也不需要清洗，有点积碳也属于正常，如果一直不洗，二三十万公里发动机大修时，人也会帮你拆了洗干净，但大修发动机的工时好像不是个小数目，本地好像要，这还只是工时，不包括换零件，大修时因为积碳很会导致很多零件无法再使用或零件间间隙增大，如果平时注意保养，这部分情况则会好的多。
& && &网上不拆卸洗燃烧室的攻略本来不多，有几位洗的方法对发动机伤害很大，我几乎看了网上所有攻略后，重点和论坛的一位技术控站内短信N条讨论（主要是向他学习），我就直接上手了。说这话的意思是这其实不是很难，大家试试便知，不要畏惧~~
& &&&另外，你想不亲自动手估计也难，因为很多地方不提供这个服务，包括4S。即使提供我估计价格也绝对不菲，自己动手几百块就搞定了。要是有敢揽活的大机修店，倒是个不错的选择，最好自己买清洗液，只让他们出工时。这样可以省一半以上的钱。

（接上文）我一再强调这不是钱的问题，买的起20万车的人不在乎那千儿八百的，主要是得到成功的喜悦，以及我在火花塞一文中的观点：钱虽不多也不要被别人轻易骗去。
先发几张燃烧室积碳的图，这种图网上很多，我可不想危言耸听，只是给大家看下平常看不到的东西，当然，你不拆开发动机的话也看不到~& && &我们这种免拆清洗比拆洗好很多，毕竟，原装的东西拆开了再怎么复原也不可能达到之前的样子。当然，如果不拆后果很严重的话，你该拆还是要拆

看到这各位看官不要慌，其实你们不需要。我是因为修的时候就准备给大家写攻略，所以准备的比较充足，等会上清洗前后的对比图。
清洗液。最好用泡沫式的，不要用液体的，泡沫的覆盖的全面些。我买的这个有点贵，快100了（所谓名牌大厂的），建议买50、60元的就可以了。我洗了3遍，基本用了4瓶。大家可以自己在网上淘清洗液，不用参照我的这款

先洗1、4再洗2、3缸，或者相反，不能4个一起洗，因为这两组的高度是成反比。洗时尽量活塞运动到缸体的最下面，这样才能把缸体洗全面点。
怎么才能让活塞运动到最低点？我当时花了半个小时尝试了很多方法，最后把火花塞安上点火但不点着（不用把所有的火花塞都安上点，如果有空着的，发动机声音会很大，属于正常。当然，最好全安上再点火），让活塞简单动下。事后发现这种方法不好，对缸体有一定的伤害，因为没法让活塞的高度正好从最高运动到最低，或者从最低到最高。推车也不行，除非你是自动档的。
很久后我到，维修主管告诉我了个方法，那才是最可行的，但相当麻烦，借鉴意义不大（下篇帖子卸开发动机时再上图），需要打开发动机舱盖，转动活塞转轴。大家还记得我前面图中清洗剂头上插的那个细长塑料管子吗，把它插进燃烧室，如果对比1、4和2、3的差距很大，就基本代表有2个缸快到底了，先洗这两个落到底的缸。车底下有个标志其实可以显现出来是否到底，但我当时没照照片，也不好描述，就不提了（这个塑料管尝试法我个人感觉很牛逼，不直接说一般人想不到）。我是点了二十多次火后，才把高低顺序调过来。
大家换舱清洗时：要不就安上火花塞简单点下火，让活塞动一点点；要不就不动算了。因为根据机修厂一个修理工的理论，燃烧室壁一直在摩擦，不会有太多积碳，主要是活塞顶。
根据清洗液里的说明，让泡沫泡相应的时间，我的每次泡40分钟以上。（大家到此知道为什么商家都不愿理搞这个东西了吧，技术很简单，但太费时，每两个缸泡一次，泡个3、4遍，快的话也最少要半天以上，别人不赚钱啊）
泡完后，用设备把积液吸出来。之前是泡沫，溶解后变成了液体。我用的是最简单设备，呵呵，自己可以去买。大家有专业的真空抽空设备更好。最好用专业抽空设备。

洗后用镜头看看，白花花一片，实际眼观效果比相机里看的强。

随后用烘枪或其他方法把燃烧室弄干，至少也要晾一段时间。可在燃烧室滴一两滴机油，润滑下燃烧室壁，省的发动机启动后前几分钟干磨，但要给这两滴机油相当的时间让它润滑下去，因为燃烧室是燃烧汽油和空气的地方。
按相反循序装上火花塞、缸线、发动机外部的大盖子。
点火！这里注意，第一次可能点不着，因为燃烧室刚被你洗的干干净净没有润滑液，所以要边打火边踩油门，深踩几脚。只要确保打着一次后面就行了。
最后需要把车停在人少空旷地怠速，燃烧排除掉未完全抽干净的清洗液，至少二十分钟以上吧，等浓浓的尾气几乎没有就可以了。千完别在停车场，我的车在停车场怠速5分钟后，整个停车场就全都是烟子了，差点触动火警自动喷水。监控的保安也来了还以为着火了

最后一项是换机油，经过这一轮折腾，机油不可避免的被污染，所以最好换掉机油。换机油前可顺便加一瓶机油添加剂/发动机清洗剂什么的，为的是再把发动机舱清洗下，这种添加剂本来也是在换机油前使用的，刚好，也不贵，三五十元网上到处都是。

机油使用后好坏不是从颜色看，因为再漂亮的机油一灌进去，颜色也会马上变（从一个角度说明了发动机舱有多脏），要从粘稠度看。

至此，燃烧室清洗全部完成。花费时间1-2天，金额：清洗剂320，水机油120，金美孚机油320，机滤2个60，一共800多一点，我用的聊稍微好点，你如果悠着点，500多应该可以解决。
五、进气歧管
这一部分没有在大标题里显现出来，原因是我没有做，主要缘故有三：1、网上目前还没有洗科帕奇进气歧管的先例，我没有可借鉴的；2、这个管子太粗，单纯管壁上有些积碳，对进气系统没有太大影响（个人意见、仅供参考、大家不用反驳~）；3、最主要还是太难拆，特别对于老科，它的管子在靠驾驶室一侧，太难拆，以致4S店里的技工都没有几个单独拆过歧管。
最后在路边机修店大师傅、4S店维修主管等几位重量级大佬的极力劝阻下，我就没有洗。
但您要是洗也可以有其站得住脚的地方：1、这个地方确实有积碳，也多多少少有一定的影响；2、其他地方都洗了，就进气管不洗，或许对其他地方有影响
但是我为了把整个系统的攻略弄齐了，还是把这点写出来，当然，配图还是用puier大大的~

六、氧传感器
闲着也是闲着，所以我把氧传感器一并洗了，氧传感器和三元催化器算“排气系统”部分的了。
氧传感器是干什么的，解释下先：有三元催化转换器的排气系统上，一般都有氧传感器。氧传感器安装排气管中，用以检测排气中氧的浓度，并发回反馈信号，行车电脑以此信号来控制喷油器喷油量的增减，从而将混合气的空燃比控制在理论值附近。
所以洗洗污渍和积碳对省油有很大好处。

七、清洗三元催化
& &三元催化器是排气系统中重要的一段，直接影响着你尾气排放是否合格，它中间的的网子一般是陶瓷材料，如果是金属，排的这么多废气早就锈烂了，所以看似简单，其实买起来很贵，一般都2、3千起步，里面有贵金属催化剂，让部分尾气产生化学反应，生成无害气体。

很好卸。首先卸掉一边的三个螺丝（一个螺丝被挡住了，用红色虚线表示），卸需要扳手。
可能有同学发现边上亮堂堂的不锈钢管和锈的要命的催化形成了鲜明对比，这可不是我擦亮的啊，用了几个月了没管它，一直都是这么亮&&。我的排气管（中段）因为锈烂了，换成不锈钢的了，比原厂的便宜1/4，而且原厂的也是铁的，时间长会由于水蒸气什么的继续锈蚀，从4S那得到的解决方法是――――就这么设计的，无解。所以果断换了副厂不锈钢的，完美切合，永不锈蚀，效果杠杠的！

再卸掉另一边的三个大螺丝。注意看下其间的金属垫片，如果垫片有缺口或损坏，要换，否则漏气。漏气什么效果？听过拖拉机启动码？

清洗用草酸或其他弱酸。记得我前文说的催化里含有很多贵金属，所以不要用盐酸、硫酸这些强酸洗，用类似草酸这样的弱酸。草酸用1:10左右即可（可在网上买，3.5元一瓶）

装上去的时候，记得用清水多清洗几遍，防止积液锈蚀管子。安装时结合部涂点黄油。

其实整个过程我也是分好几次才完成，不是一两天就全部清洗了一遍，有的在地下车库，有的在4S，有的在机修店；有的全部自己DIY，也有的是请专业师傅帮忙做的，只是每次留心照了几张照片。
这次贴子里有几张不是我自己的图片，个别几张借用他人的，在我以前的贴里不常见，主要是想给大家一个直观的感受，鸣谢puier、过雁、kaixiwang等几位大大
还要感谢给我帮手的小刘、张大大，技术指导吕师傅，4S店范主管等。虽然他们中有好几个重来不上网，但还是要感谢
过段时间可能还会有打开发动机舱的小作业和一些花絮，可能难的再有这样的“大作”了，但还是希望各位看官看贴之余，能多顶贴，让我有继续前进的动力，感谢！
