平素要注意皮肤清洁卫生，保证皮脂畅通分泌，不受阻塞。皮损处不要搔抓，可用2.5%二硫化硒、2%酮康唑等外洗，口服维生素B2、B6、复合维生素B等，瘙痒严重加扑尔敏等口服。
