可以但不要太热的水,连罐一起用热水,放在一个杯子里,加热,不要去煮或微波炉里加热,是会变质的。椰子汁为棕榈科植物椰树的果实椰果的抽取汁液。绩清如水，且相当清甜、晶莹透亮，清凉解渴。一个好椰子，大约有两玻璃杯的水，内含两汤匙糖，以及蛋白质、脂肪、维生素C及钙、磷、铁、钾、镁、钠等矿物质，是营养极为丰富的饮料。另外椰子汁清如水、味甘甜，晶莹透亮，是极好的清凉解渴之品。椰汁和椰肉都含有丰富的营养素。椰汁清如水，饮之甘甜可口。在炎热的夏季，椰汁有很好的清凉消暑、生津止渴的功效。椰汁还有强心、利尿、驱虫、止呕止泻的功效。1)椰子破壳、取水、刮丝：将成熟的椰子洗净后，沿中部剖裂，使椰水流出，椰水收集后过滤备用。将椰子分裂成两块，用特制的带齿牙刮丝器刮出椰肉，使之成为疏松的椰肉，然后摆盘放入烘干机中，控制温度70～80℃，烘干成具有浓郁椰香的干丝，贮存备用。(2)加水磨浆：将自来水经净水器过滤后，再流经快速热水器升温至70℃，在热水罐中配入0.04%氢氧化钠，搅拌，按椰丝：水=1:10(重量比)将椰丝和热水搅拌均匀，放入砂轮磨中磨浆。椰浆经第一台浆渣分离机120目筛分离，然后再用第二台分离机180目分离得头道汁，椰渣可加入少量热水过滤得二道汁。将头道汁、二道汁混合，泵入贮罐备用。(3)配料：白砂糖用夹层锅煮溶，制成浓度50%的浓糖浆，经过滤机过滤后备用。打开贮罐出料阀，让椰汁下流至配料罐，定容以后将滤净的椰水按10%配入，然后加柠檬酸调料液pH值至6～7，再加入18%浓糖浆、0.05%食盐、0.2%乳化剂 (60%单甘酯+10%山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯+30%聚氧乙烯醇酐脂肪酸酯)，加入适量稳定剂(黄原胶)，加热到80℃，再加入少量香精(或不加)。(4)高压均质：两级均质，第一级均质压力为23兆帕，第二级均质压力30兆帕，均质温度80℃左右。(5)杀菌：121℃下杀菌15分钟。椰汁可以加热吗？
