【环境】酒店楼层不高，具体有几层我没问，我入住的是二楼，而且就在靠近楼梯间的第一间，也不晓得是住客少还是隔音做得太好，房间里挺安静的，一点也不吵闹…酒店大厅跟房间是分开的，不过距离不远，就几米而已…
房间并不大，但是洗浴间感觉做得挺大的，好像都占了整个房间的一半了，里面还有一个落地镜，这个点赞！我住酒店最在乎他们有没有这个…床铺特别舒服，绝对不比我们前一晚住的800多一晚的美林湖大酒店的差，我们晚上睡得特别舒服…酒店应该挺新的，不管是地面，墙壁还是走廊，各个角落都是一尘不染，用具也没有异味…至于他们的毛巾我就不多评论了，我不管住什么酒店都不用毛巾的，我都自带
【服务】非常热情！！很暖心的！服务态度相当好！我分几个点说一下吧
1，停车进去的时候马上有人主动告知车位不足，然后叫我们把行李拿下来之后再带领到别处停车（这里我提个建议，我去别的城市的丽枫酒店行李工作人员会主动帮忙运送，我觉得如果贵店在这点上完善一下会更完美）
2，办理入住时，虽然客服一再跟我推荐办理升级他们家的会员，不过最后我还是婉拒了，但是客服并没有因此冷眼相待，反而主动送了我两张早餐券，说是让我尝试下，点个赞！很大气！特此点名黄娇芳（如果记错莫见怪，我记性不太好），服务相当好
3，停好车之后需要登记入住房号，一个男工作人员来问我的时候，前台的疑似管理人员的女士用方言提醒他不用找客人，可以直接问前台，我觉得这点做得都有五星级的服务标准了！
4，第二天我们退房时，普通服务员询问是否住房感受，得到肯定之后再次询问是否可以在相关软件上给个好评，这时疑似管理人员的人再次提醒应该注意口吻，要加“请问”两个字…
【用餐】虽然他们送了我免费的早餐券，不过很可惜我没有用，因为起太晚了，他们的早餐时间是7：00-10：00，其实本身也不贵，18元一位而已，就是不晓得有些什么吃的
【地理位置】就在连州市市政府旁边，算中心地带吧，周围很多吃的，饮料，饭店，小吃什么都有，位置相当好，墙裂建议去地下河的朋友在这里入住，因为地下河那附近也没有像样的酒店，都是所谓的民宿，其实就是农民自己家，可想而知住宿环境也好不到哪去…从这里到地下河呢，自驾的话也就40分钟的样子吧说点什么吧...交通方便，环境服适，前台小姐姐服务态度很好帮朋友订的，挺不错的，干净整洁，出行方便。位置：
