为何不同装修公司报价相差很多求指导。
父母有套90平的两房小户型，欲装修。我跑了几家公司，报价相差很大。有的公司看上去挺气派，报价也挺气派的。还有在论坛上家装日记里了解的小装修公司貌似口碑挺好，给我报价相比便宜很多。90平，报价29800。水管伟星，电线菊花，胶水中南，墙面漆德国都芳。现在价格满意，但就怕有增项。求指导！这个装修公司网上也有客户写的家装日记，貌似工程质量，增项这块都没问题。但就是心里有点不踏实，求解！

一定要考虑周全，还有不同的装修公司水管品牌不一样，橱柜用的板材不一样，这些价格可以叠加了 报价就会有区别
1. 水管用伟星
2. 免漆板用莫干山或者兔宝宝
3. 价格含不含吊顶费用
4. 价格含不含过门石，卫生间挡水石头，阳台吊顶，灯具安装，窗户上安装的石基.，马桶安装等费用
不过你的价格确实划算啊，我家半包4W...

在0511做宣传的难道都市小公司吗？，看家装日记你是看不出装修公司的实力的，很多都是“梅子”。以看家装日记作为选装修公司的标准是愚蠢的，以价格高低选装修公司更愚蠢，嫌高，干脆自己找人做，反正质量，用材，口碑，都不在乎。。。90M2的房子29800肯定是不含家具的，如果还含家具劝你就不要考虑这家了，你就是找桥头上的工人都不止这价。。。选镇江的装修公司要从以下几点去综合性的去考虑；质量（手艺+工艺），用材（品牌+高等级),口碑（网上+亲朋好友），知名度+规模，价格（性价比+责任心）。。

同意楼上，你说的90平，29800肯定有水分的，后面的增项一定有不少，肯定没家具。正常情况下，厨房+卫生间就要1.5W左右，地面贴地砖基本要100元左右1平；1.2强化地板+找平算便宜合用的，差不多90元左右，再加水电预埋，新房65元左右；天花墙面乳胶漆（一起），约有55元左右1平；再加上门、灯具、开关、局部吊顶、天花石膏线、运输、保洁、衣柜总要做1组吧、房子墙体有没调整等等。。。这些算算，这点钱，怎么也做不下的。你最好好好和这家公司确认下，核对要做的项目后，再签订合同，进行施工。如果需要咨询，可以联络我（）

为何不同装修公司报价相差很多求指导。
父母有套90平的两房小户型，欲装修。我跑了几家公司，报价相差很大。有的公司看上去挺气派，报价也挺气派的。还有在论坛上家装日记里了解的小装修公司貌似口碑挺好，给我报价相比便宜很多。90平，报价29800。水管伟星，电线菊花，胶水中南，墙面漆德国都芳。现在价格满意，但就怕有增项。求指导！这个装修公司网上也有客户写的家装日记，貌似工程质量，增项这块都没问题。但就是心里有点不踏实，求解！

一定要考虑周全，还有不同的装修公司水管品牌不一样，橱柜用的板材不一样，这些价格可以叠加了 报价就会有区别
1. 水管用伟星
2. 免漆板用莫干山或者兔宝宝
3. 价格含不含吊顶费用
4. 价格含不含过门石，卫生间挡水石头，阳台吊顶，灯具安装，窗户上安装的石基.，马桶安装等费用
不过你的价格确实划算啊，我家半包4W...

在0511做宣传的难道都市小公司吗？，看家装日记你是看不出装修公司的实力的，很多都是“梅子”。以看家装日记作为选装修公司的标准是愚蠢的，以价格高低选装修公司更愚蠢，嫌高，干脆自己找人做，反正质量，用材，口碑，都不在乎。。。90M2的房子29800肯定是不含家具的，如果还含家具劝你就不要考虑这家了，你就是找桥头上的工人都不止这价。。。选镇江的装修公司要从以下几点去综合性的去考虑；质量（手艺+工艺），用材（品牌+高等级),口碑（网上+亲朋好友），知名度+规模，价格（性价比+责任心）。。
