&&本小编所开的自去年11月购入后已经行驶了超过10000公里。在此期间经历了首保和二保。鉴于4S网点较少，去做保养多有不便，而火花塞的保养周期快到了，因此我打算自己更换掉火花塞。不换不知道，原来更换火花塞真的不如想象中简单，弄不好的话就会动力下降油耗暴涨。本文我将和大家分享一下本人为车辆更换火花塞的一些经验。

　　关于火花塞电极间隙：
　　不同型号的发动机火花塞电极间隙的大小都不一样。一般情况下，自燃进气发动机使用电极间隙为1.1mm的火花塞，而涡轮增压发动机使用电极间隙为0.8mm的火花塞。以上参数仅供各位网友参考，厂可能会根据发动机的调教稍微调整火花塞间隙参数，如需准确参数可参考车辆说明书。

　　我把火花塞间隙调整到与原火花塞间隙一样，装回发动机后发现动力下降了一些，原来4档降3档提速的劲头没那么足了，上坡也不太给力。只能说动力下降至勉强够用的程度。但在动力下降的同时，油耗也下降不少。原来7.5L的百公里油耗在更换火花塞后下降为7.0L。

　　由于点火线圈产生的点火能量是一定的，因而增大了火花塞电极间隙增大了电弧长度使得燃烧更为充分；而缩小火花塞间隙，点火能量变大使得发动机的爆发力更强，但由于燃烧不充分而导致油耗上升。铱金火花塞对点火线圈要求更高，这就是说，要完全发挥铱金火花塞的潜力必须更换更强的点火线圈。
●更换火花塞遇上的难题3：固定点火线圈的螺母打滑了

　　对于像众泰Z300这个等级的国产车，其发动机的点火线圈都会通过螺栓螺母结构固定在气门罩盖上的。而4A91系列发动机就有这样一个通病――在松开固定点火线圈螺栓的时候很容易就把埋在树脂制气门罩盖里的螺母拧松导致无法拆除的。

　　4S店对于这样的情况会采用气动钻强行把螺母从树脂气门罩盖拆下。我使用的方法是采用冲击钻打穿气门罩盖直到螺母的位置，用螺丝刀插进去卡住螺母然后把螺栓松出。如果你车上的发动机采用的是以下两种设计的话，就能够避免上面提到的问题。一种是铝合金气门盖，螺柱种在气门罩盖上；另一种是采用带有快速接口的点火线圈。

　　总结：一般来说，只要知道自己车子的发动机型号，就能在网上买到适合安装的热值合适的火花塞。但拆装注意事项则随不同发动机的不同而千差万别，例如小编在更换火花塞之初就没有考虑到气门罩盖螺母打滑的问题，也没有考虑到火花塞间隙对于发动机动力特性和燃油经济性有如此之大的影响。希望小编此次更换火花塞总结的经验对各位喜欢自己动手DIY车友有一定的帮助。
